Clinical Pilates
We deliver a modification of the traditional Pilates method, where Physiotherapists tailor exercises to an individual’s specific needs and goals, supporting those with injuries or health conditions. We specialise in Ante Natal, Post Natal and hypermobility rehabilitation through mat-based and Reformer Pilates.
Facial Rehabilitation
We address facial weakness or asymmetry and help individuals regain and restore muscle function and movement through specific facial rehabilitation techniques. We support individuals with facial nerve damage or paralysis caused by conditions such as Bell's palsy, stroke, surgery, trauma, or injury.
